The Service may integrate with third-party platforms including QuickBooks Online, LinkedIn, Facebook, Google, Microsoft Intune, ConnectWise, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or security of third-party services. You authorize FounderHub to access data from connected services on your behalf to provide our Service.
Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing cycles are presented at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, documentation, and branding, is owned by FounderHub and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you input into the Service. Content generated by AI agents using your data is considered your content. You grant FounderHub a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at [email protected]. Certain data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOUNDERHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO FOUNDERHUB IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FounderHub, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.
